Overview
The Polished Powder Room provides delivery, on-site setup, and pickup of all luxury restroom trailer rentals. We do not ship physical products. All logistics are handled directly by our team.
Service Area
We currently serve Columbus, Ohio and surrounding Central Ohio areas. Events outside our primary service area may be accommodated based on availability and distance. Please contact us for a custom quote if your event is located outside of Central Ohio.
Delivery
Our team will deliver and set up your rental unit prior to your event start time. Specific delivery windows will be confirmed in your rental contract. Delivery is included in your rental quote for events within our standard service area. Events requiring extended travel may incur an additional delivery fee, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.
Site Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring the event site meets the following requirements prior to delivery:
- A level, stable surface suitable for trailer placement
- Adequate clearance for trailer access and maneuvering
- Access to utilities (water, power) as specified in your rental contract
Failure to meet site requirements may result in delays or inability to complete setup. The Polished Powder Room is not responsible for delays caused by inadequate site conditions.
Pickup
Pickup will be scheduled following the conclusion of your event, as outlined in your rental contract. The client must ensure the rental unit is accessible for pickup at the agreed time.
Event Changes
Any changes to your event date, location, or logistics must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to your reservation date and are subject to availability and approval. Changes requested within two weeks of the event may not be accommodated.
