Return & Refund Policy

Deposit & Payment Terms

A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. A signed rental contract must also be completed before your booking is confirmed. The remaining balance is due in full no later than two weeks prior to your reservation date.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to your reservation date. Cancellations made before this deadline will not be charged beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than two weeks before the reservation date will result in a charge of 50% of the remaining balance, in addition to the forfeited deposit.

Non-Payment

Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date will be treated as an automatic cancellation. The deposit will be forfeited and the 50% late cancellation fee may apply.

No Refunds on Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including weather, venue changes, or other unforeseen events.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is applicable under this policy, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from rental agreements or this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ohio.
