What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in your rental agreement at the time of booking. Is this different from a porta potty?
Absolutely. Our luxury restroom trailer is a world apart from a standard porta potty. It features three private stalls, flushing toilets, running water sinks, mirrors, interior lighting, and climate control. It arrives spotless and is designed to match the elegance of your event.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Columbus and Central Ohio, including Dublin, New Albany, Westerville, Powell, Delaware, Granville, Lancaster, Pickerington, Canal Winchester, Grove City, Hilliard, Marysville, Newark, and surrounding areas.
Events in Dayton, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and other areas are available by custom quote.
Do you provide a generator?
Generator availability varies. Please mention your power situation when you request a quote and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Can it be placed on grass?
Yes, the trailer can be placed on grass as long as the surface is reasonably level and there is adequate truck access to deliver and position it.
Do I need water or power?
The trailer requires access to a water source and standard electrical power. If your venue doesn't have these available, we can discuss generator and water tank options — just mention it when you request a quote.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! Delivery, setup, and pickup are all included. We handle everything so you can focus on your event.
How many guests can a 3-stall trailer support?
Our 3-stall luxury restroom trailer comfortably serves events with up to 150–200 guests for a standard rental period. For larger events or longer durations, contact us and we'll help find the right solution.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding and event season (May–October). Popular dates fill up quickly, so reaching out 3–6 months in advance is ideal.

We serve weddings, barn venue events, backyard parties, corporate gatherings, festivals, fundraisers, golf outings, outdoor markets, private parties, and farm events throughout Columbus and Central Ohio.
